The Advanced–Driver–Development website has been constructed, and is maintained by the technical division of Ride Drive Limited, who takes full responsibility for its content.
1:1 Ride Drive Limited will at all times, other than where required to act by a court of law or legal statute, will undertake not divulge or disclose any personal information relating to any Ride Drive customer, past, present or future, to any person or persons outside the Ride Drive organisation, so maintaining a state of confidentiality, unless permission to divulge such information to non associated parties is granted by the person or persons to which that information relates.
1:2 — When dealing with any business relationship all members of Ride Drive Limited, including the agents and servants, shall at all times undertake to keep the terms of any agreement between Ride Drive Limited and any third party, including any further information supplied to each other in respect of that agreement, or information in respect of each other’s business practices, shall at all times be regarded strictly as confidential information. In this respect Ride Drive Limited agree that no disclosure of information, in whole or in part, to any person or persons, as with the exception of directly involved Ride Drive employees, shall be made without prior written consent being obtained.
1:3 — Ride Drive Limited will only use the information relating to the customer in a proper and lawful manner, and in accordance with the provisions and restrictions of the Data Protection Act 1998.
1:4 — Any employee, servant or agent acting on behalf of, and in connection with, the business of Ride Drive Limited, will undertake to record information concerning the beneficiary of the any service or product, or any person making an enquiry into the services or products of Ride Drive Limited, that is sufficient only for the purpose of being able to provide the expected and required level of service, or product, to that person, and in an efficient and proper manner.
1:5 — Any record of personal information retained on file for the purpose of being able to operate in a manner as required by the beneficiary of the service or product made available by Ride Drive, (as in paragraph 3.3 above), that information will consist of:
1:6 — Any personal information relating to any client or customer of Ride Drive Limited, or any other person who has previously provided their personal details to Ride Drive Limited, to any representative, agent or servant of Ride Drive Limited, shall upon direct request made by the provider of such information, have all information erased from all recording equipment under the direction and control of Ride Drive Limited, and such information will be erased at the earliest opportunity following any such request being made.
1:7 — Ride Drive Limited have a primary concern that the welfare of its customers an dbusiness associates shall be a first priority, and in order to facilitate the emotional, physical, psychological and financial care of its customer, maintain a policy of open dialogue. The purpose of this statement is to ensure that where any disagreement, dispute or other complaint shall not be allowed to deteriorate through any lack of communication.
